The Medicine Wheel Herb Garden is done. Hurray! A huge thank you to Frank Sinning and Debbie Blakeslee for all of their hard work on this project. They lifted and placed many rocks, dug, spread mulch and generally gave their good opinions about how it should look. Well, it looks great. Now we can watch it grow and see what comes next. Please come by the Rapps Barren area of Cooper Park and take a look. It is a beautiful spot.
We also cleaned up at least one big bed in front of the Shotgun cabin. The other one still needs some work and along side of the cabin the keria and the bed needs a whole lot of work. Next time...
Next time will be Tuesday, May 26 and we hope for a big turn out. We will finish weeding and work on mulch. There will be snacks and education. Mark your calendar. See you then.
